This basement finishing project was completed in Columbia, MD.
Our client contacted us to create a basement-level office space that would be multi-purposed. We collaborated on a design that would not only meet their practical needs, but also add some personal touches.
A kitchenette was installed with granite countertops and a coffee station for convenience. We were able to utilize the space to include a table and chairs for workday lunches. The newly finished area also doubles as a guest room for out-of-towners, and can be used as overflow room for parties and holidays.
